Applying Classical Conditioning in Memorizing the Quran

Assalamualaikum,

i have some ideas on how to improve our memorizing skills according to behaviorism.


let say, if i start to memorize the quran at one specific corner of the masjid everyday. and each day i would only sit at the same corner for my memorizing session, repeating the same ayat... and so on.

thus ;

UCS                 +                 NS                        = UCR
repeated verse  + place (a corner in a masjid) = memorize

       UCS         +                    NS                     = CR
repeated verse + place (a corner in a masjid) = memorize

              CS                          = CR
place (a corner in a masjid) = memorize

So, i would associate the corner with memorizing, automatically i would remember the verse as soon as i see the corner...

so what do u think? do you think this will work?
lets give it a try! it does not to be the corner of a masjid, it could be anywhere you are comfortable with.....
